On Friday, April 19, the Legacy Christian community gathered at StoneWater Country Club for our annual Spring Auction, and what a night it was! Thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters, we raised a record-breaking $212,000, continuing our amazing streak of year-over-year fundraising success. A huge thank you to all of our sponsors! Check out the list below.
This special evening brought together current parents, past parents, alumni, grandparents, and friends—all united by a shared love for Legacy Christian School. Guests enjoyed delicious food, drinks, and fellowship, making it not just a fundraiser, but a true celebration of community.

The silent auction kicked off the evening with excitement and friendly competition—many fun bidding wars broke out between friends over everything from unique experiences to local favorites.
Then came the live auction, which was full of energy and enthusiasm. Attendees bid on incredible items like a 12-person limo night out, a week-long stay at Nettles Island, numerous golf trips, and even a tuition raffle—all of which added to the fun and generosity of the evening.
A powerful highlight of the evening was our Fund-A-Need, which focused on Inclusion Education at Legacy. Lisa Boone, our Director of Educational Support Services at the East Campus, spoke alongside Dave and Laurie Morren, sharing heartfelt stories about how Inclusion Education has deeply impacted their lives and the lives of students at Legacy and beyond. Their testimonies reminded us all why we come together each year—to support meaningful, Christ-centered education for every child.

Another exciting moment came with the drawing of the Golden Ticket winner—congratulations to Cheryl DeKruyter, who selected a week-long vacation to Anna Maria Island before it even hit the live auction! The Golden Ticket program continues to be a fun and thrilling part of the evening, with only 100 tickets sold at $100 each for a chance to choose a top live auction item.
A huge thank you to our auction committee for the countless hours of planning and preparation that made this event such a success. Your hard work and creativity do not go unnoticed!
Mark your calendars now—next year’s Spring Auction will be held on April 18, 2026. We can’t wait to see you there for another unforgettable evening of generosity, community, and joy!
