HOW TO BE INFORMED

The PTO's primary source of communication is the PTO list-serve.  Simply send an e-mail to pto@legacycs.org with the subject "Subscribe". You will be added to our list-serve and receive the latest information via e-mail.
The PTO also routinely runs announcements in the Legacy Link, the weekly Newsletter, and posts information to the Legacy Christian Facebook page.

The PTO typically holds two meetings per year.  One in the fall and the other in the spring. ALL parents are invited and encouraged to attend.  Dates for these meetings will be announced via e-mail and in the Legacy Link.

HOW WE ARE GOVERNED

The Legacy Christian School PTO is run by a Board of Directors (BOD) that consists of six elected officers:  President, Vice President, Secretary, Vicar, Treasurer and Treasurer-Elect.  Each elected position is a two-year term of service.  The Vice President moves into the President position in the second year of service; the Vicar moves into the Secretary position in the second year of service, and the Treasurer-Elect moves into the Treasurer position in the second year of service.  The PTO BOD meets a minimum of four times per school year. 

HOW OFFICERS ARE ELECTED

Elections are held annually in the spring.  The PTO BOD will seek volunteers to run for the offices of Treasurer-Elect, Vicar and Vice President.  A minimum of two nominees must exist for each position.  Positions will be elected by lot.
